What it consists of

An agent is three parts:
  1. Brain — you tell the agent who it is, which services it’s connected to, and which documents it knows
  2. Tasks — what the agent does on its own and when: every morning, on a new email, on your request
  3. Channels — where the agent talks to you: ASCN, Telegram or Slack
